Some Montana facilities have expressed interest
in model policies and procedures. MHA is pleased to recommend to
you the Practical Solutions Group HIPAA Tool Kit.
The kit normally sells for $400, but through a special group purchase
arrangement has been discounted for MHA Members. The MHA-Member
Prince for the CD is $350, and the paper version is $600. I recommend
the CD, as you can print/amend the necessary documents for less
cost (i.e. you won't have to retype everything).

Call Sharon Turrell (PSG) direct at 800-613-0512 x 22. She will
enter the order directly and bypass the website price so that
your credit card is charged the correct amount. If you are not
ordering with a credit card, she will give you the information
on how to order and pay by check.
If you've already purchased the product, PSG will refund $50 from
the original price - - however, you need to contact Sharon directly
for this refund.
