Who is MHA?

MHA...An Association of Montana Health Care Providers (formerly the Montana Hospital Association) is a leadership organization and principal advocate for health care facilities in Montana. MHA serves a diverse membership that provides the full spectrum of health care services — including hospitals, long-term care facilities, critical access hospitals, home health and hospice agencies, psychiatric facilities, physician groups, assisted living centers, senior housing and insurance services.

How would you like to have your company information posted on MHA’s website all year, for no additional charge? Not only will you gain maximum exposure to the largest number of health care professionals in Montana at the MHA Convention & Trade Show, now MHA members and visitors will be able access your information year-round on the MHA website via our new Virtual Trade Show Gallery!

Here’s How It Works

A company profile form will be sent with your registration confirmation. Simply fill out the form, which includes a short description of your company, products and services and contact information for your organization, and return it to MHA. A professional photographer will take a picture of your booth during the Trade Show in September. After the Convention, all pictures and company information will be posted on the MHA website. Participants and visitors can either click on the Trade Show map or on your company name to receive more information.

How Do I Register for This Great Benefit?

When you register for a booth at the MHA Trade Show, you automatically become an exhibitor on the Virtual Trade Show.

Booth Details

Your booth fee includes:

  • Eight-foot backdrape and 3’ side drapes in show colors
  • One 6’ skirted table in show colors and two chairs
  • Two exhibitor passes ($80 each additional)
  • Listing in the Convention Materials/Program
  • One standard booth ID sign (if ordered in advance)
  • One 110v electrical outlet (if ordered in advance)
  • Internet access (if ordered in advance)

Booth Assignment

Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If spaces you select are taken, MHA reserves the right to assign the next best available space.

MHA reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor or modify the floor plan as deemed necessary at any time without notification. When known, MHA will make every effort to not place competitors in adjacent booths, although this cannot be guaranteed.

When your organization sponsors an activity or event at the MHA Annual Convention & Trade Show, you’ll gain broad exposure and recognition among the health care executives and other decisionmakers in Montana. Last year’s convention attracted over 900 attendees!

MHA’s sponsorship and partner program allows you to tailor your marketing efforts to reach your best target audience. If you have a specific audience in mind, an event sponsorship is for you. If you are looking for broad Convention exposure, a level sponsorship is for you.

Ad Specifications

  • All ads are printed black & white or grayscale. For best results, do not use photographs.
  • Ad must be submitted in black & white original copy, camera-ready and the correct size.
  • Electronic ads in .jpg, .gif or .tif formats are acceptable.
  • Do not submit negatives.
  • No typesetting will be provided by MHA.

Submission Deadline: 5 pm, August 8, 2008.

MHA will not refund advertising that is not included in the program due to a vendor missing the ad submission deadline and /or for those who do not adhere to submission specifications listed above. Ad copy received after August 8 will not be included in the program.

PASSPORT TO PRIZES
The Passport to Prizes game is an optional game geared to draw more participants to your booth.

Here’s how it works:

  • Every vendor has the opportunity to contribute $55 to the prize pot.
  • MHA will take the total contributions and buy highquality, substantial prizes (TVs, DVD players, iPods, digital cameras, etc.)
  • Every participant will receive a Passport to Prizes game card. In order to be eligible to win passport prizes they must visit each participating vendor and have their passport validated.
  • We’ll draw for passport prizes during the Gala Reception on Thursday. Winners must be present.
  • Be sure to indicate your participation in Passport 3 to Prizes on the registration form.

The fees collected for these sponsorships help defray the general costs incurred for the Convention.
